About the Author

Russ Axelrod is a former beach lifeguard who went on to graduate law school with honors. He is now devoted to becoming an expert in health, fitness and nutrition. He is most proud of his years as a caregiver to his elderly father and helping him reverse a severe case of diabetes. Russ brings that same caring and knowledge to the people he helps as a health consultant.
